STAFFING DETAILS

• Two staff members are present at all activities
  • At least one is 18 year of age and above
• Staff Ratios
  • A minimum of 1:7 (overnight and senior day camps) and 1:6 (junior day camps) staff to children ratio is maintained at all times.
• Hiring Process
  • Staff interview/hiring process includes thorough interviews, reference, verification, and background checks.
• Staff Training
  • Staff members participate in a rigorous training each year.  This consists of several pre-camp meetings as well as a full week of in-person, on-site training. ​
• Specialty staff
  • ​(lifeguards, archery, ropes, horses, etc) are required to show proof of experience and or training specific to the area they will be teaching/leading.

​Our campers have many opportunities to do activities they love as well as try new things.  Our age appropriate programs allow campers to learn and grow while learning to interact with others.  Campers will pick 4 activities to do daily, Monday thru Thrusday each week.

MEALS

​We work hard to provide balanced meals our kiddos will enjoy.   Along with the main course examples below we always offer alternate/additional items.  Each meal includes fresh fruits and vegetables, peanut butter and jelly, cereal, toast, yogurt, as well as vegetarian options.  

​PLEASE NOTE: We are happy to ensure campers with special dietary needs have their needs met by working with parents/guardian to be sure we have the items they need.  If you have a camper with a special diet need such as gluten free, religious-based diet, etc.  Please contact us about any of these special needs and we will gladly work with you to develop a menu for your.  Here are a few examples of main course meals.....
