What Ways does Camp Kidwell Offer
to help with the cost of ATtending Camp?
Our goal is to provide camping experiences to all people regardless of the ability to pay established fees. We accomplish by setting fees at rates as affordable as possible by offering discounts, payment plans, as well as providing financial assistance to those for whom the camp fees are not affordable. Please see details regarding our discounts and scholarship program below.
Discounts cannot be used to pay for camp store purchases or add-on items and have no refundable cash value. Discounts must be applied at the time of registration and cannot be applied retroactively.
Like Cash Discounts
These discounts are earned or awarded and are applied like cash, but do not have a refundable cash value.
Gift Certificates - Gift certificates need to be applied internally, please apply the code you were given with the gift certificate at check out of online registration or contact our office if you have a gift certificate. Can be used with other discounts.

Camp Sponsored Fundraisers (Wreath/poinsettia, Spring Flower, Apparel)- These funds are earned when a family or camper participates in one of our Fundraisers. Funds can be used for summer or winter camp, but must be used within one years time. All funds earned will be kept in an account for you and applied to your account internally by our staff. If you would like to participate in a fundraiser, please email us! Can be used with other discounts.
4-H Incentives – Earned by participating in 4-H or camp activities. These need to be verified in our office and are applied internally. Can be used with other discounts
4-H Member and Military Discount
$50 – Available to verified 4-H members or active duty military members. These discounts can only be applied once per camper per season. If you feel you qualify for one of these discounts, please call us to get your discount code at 269-521-3559 or email at email@example.com
These discounts apply if you meet the specified criteria and can be combine with other discounts.
Early bird pricing
$25 off, if registered by February 28, 2017. Is pre-selected in the reservation process and will automatically apply.
$10 per child – applied to children 2, 3, 4, etc in a family. Does not apply to first camper.
Will apply automatically, if you apply for this discount.
$25 off - applied to the 2nd, 3rd, etc week of a single campers registrations. Will apply automatically if you qualify for this discount.
Coupon Code Discounts
Throughout the year, we offer various discounts with coupons. These can be applied to any registration. Limit one coupon per camper per season. Coupon codes are available at on-site events, through email or on our website.

We offer a monthly payment plan. After your deposit(required at time of registration) the remaining balance is divided evenly over the number of months left between then and the start of your camp session. You can set up your payment plan when registering online or give us a call and we can set it up with a hard copy registration as well.

We work very hard to be sure no camper is turned away because of the ability to afford camp. We offer a scholarship program as well as work with many community organizations who can help pay for camp. Please contact us with questions regarding our scholarship program or help finding organizations that might be able to help pay for camp.
Scholarship funding is open to all. You must apply and be approved for scholarship assistance. Funds are awarded based on household income levels and the number of family members. Funding is not unlimited and handed out on a first come, first served bases Scholarships cannot be sued with any other discounts.

How to receive financial assistance

2. We will message you to let you know we have received your applcation
3. We will determine if you are eligible and if we are able to provide funding
4. We will provide you with the information and materials you need to register your camp(s)
*Completing Scholarship Assistance Application does not hold a reservation, if you would like to hold a reservation now, please do so here . A $100 deposit is required at registration, but you can apply for assistance for the remaining balance and if you receive funding it can be applied to your account at the time of approval.
