Does 4-H Camp Kidwell offer Financial Assistance?
Our goal is to provide camping experiences to all young people regardless of the ability to pay established fees. We accomplish this by setting fees at rates as affordable as possible as we;; as offering discounts, payment plans, and providing financial assistance to those for whom the camp fees are not affordable. Please see details regarding our discounts and scholarship program below.
4-H and Military Discount
$50 off – Available to verified 4-H members or active duty military members. These discounts can only be applied once per camper per season. During registration, you will be asked to verify your membership/service to qualify for these discounts.
Camper must be an active 4-H Member or immediate family member must be an active duty or retired military service member.
Early bird pricing
$25 off - When registered by March 15, 2020. Will automatically apply.
$25 off per family – when more than one sibling is registered.
$25 off - applied to the 2nd, 3rd, etc week of a single campers registrations. Discount code is extrafun2020.
New Camper/Buddy Discount
$25 off - If you are new to 4-H Camp Kidwell you can receive a $25 off discount. Discount code is welcome2020.
$25 off - Returning camper who recruit a friend to attend, you can receive $25 off. Please have the friend register and then contact us and we will apply the discount.
Throughout the year, we offer various discounts with coupons. These can be applied to any registration. Limit one coupon per camper per season. Coupon codes are available at on-site events, through email or on our website.
Gift certificates make great gifts. They can be purchased online or through our office. After purchase you will receive a Gift Certificate Code. The code can be applied during check out of online registration

Camp Sponsored Fundraisers
These funds are earned when a family or camper participates in one of our Fundraisers. Funds can be used for summer or winter camp, but must be used within one years time.
You can apply these funds with a code we send you or we can internally apply them.

Earned by participating in 4-H or camp activities. After participating, you will receive verification of your service. At the time of registration, the paper verification(s) needs to be sent to our office so we can verify them and send you a code or apply them internally.
Like Cash Details
At the time of registration you may pay in-full or a make a $100 deposit for each child who is registered.
If you choose to make a deposit, you will then set up a monthly payment plan for the remaining balance. The account balance will be divided evenly over the number of months left between then and the start of your camp session. Payments will be processed on the 1st of each month until the balance is paid in full.

How to apply for Financial Aid
Step #1 - Complete a Scholarship Assistance Application. a. One application is due per child
b. Each child registers for a scholarship and a $15 deposit is paid
Step #2 - We review your application and let you know your eligibility.
Step #3 - We will provide you with the information and materials you need to to sign up for a session.
Step #4 - Attend "ADVENTURE AWAITS
