Day Camp Programs Ages 5 to 14 Click here to REGISTER ONLINE Click here to download a 2010 hard copy registration form Click here for information about discounts and scholarships! Our Day Camp is a true extension of resident camp; children ages 4 to 14 enjoy the fun and excitement of camp while spending their evenings at home! Whether it is riding horses, jumping on the water trampoline, exploring nature, playing games or just being silly, day campers have the time of their lives. Day camp runs daily 8 am to 5:30 pm, except for Fridays when departure is at 2 pm. Three balanced meals are served daily. This program is a great opportunity for a young child, first time camper, or a busy youngster to enjoy the excitement of camp. This program is designed to help younger children get acclimated to being away from home and give the very busy child a chance to enjoy their summer vacation! Day Campers participate in activities developed to fit the developmental level of the specific age group of campers taking part. These activities are spiced up with a new and exciting theme each week. Campers might do crafts each day all summer long, but they will have different activities in their arts session based on the theme of the particular week. For example, they might make cardboard boats and have races on the lake during "Wet and Wild" week but during "The Great Camp Out" week they might learn how to make candles in the sand. So much fun will be had the campers will want to return to camp for years to come. Below you will find descriptions for each day camp program |
