Children enjoy the fun and excitement of camp while spending their evenings at home!  Whether its riding horses, playing at the water front, exploring nature, playing games, or just being silly, day campers have a great time each and every day.  Our Day Camp program is an awesome experience for younger children, first time campers as well as older but very busy children to experience camp.  It allows them to see what camp is all about, yet feel the security and reassurance of spending the nights at home.

Daily Schedule and Activities
The Day Camp daily schedule can vary from week to week, but normally consists of four one-hour long activities in the areas mentioned below and a few activities that are unique to each week of day camp and the group of children who are attending.  Our day campers stay together as a group throughout the day's activities.   Day Camp follows a schedule and program separate from resident camp, although the campers do interact with the resident camper at different points through out the day.  Day campers visit the horses and water front each day, and have the chance to try other activities such as drama/acting, crafts, sports, games, and various other camp activities during their time with us. 

Sample Daily Schedule
Campers arrive daily at 8 am and depart at 5:30 pm, except on Friday's when pick up is at 2 pm.  Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily.

8:00 - Arrival/Breakfast
8:45 - Activity one
9:30 - Activity two
10:45 - Activity three
12:00 - Lunch
12:45 - Rest time
1:30 - Activity four
2:45 - Activity five
4:00 - Free Time
5:00 - Dinner

Enrollment is open to all.  Camp tuition includes room and board, activities, a t-shirt, a group photo, $5 in camp store, and lots of fun!  We have several discounts available; please don’t miss out on these opportunities.  

Note: Discounts, scholarships, or gift certificates can’t be used for camp store items or other add-on items and can’t be applied retroactively.

#2 Hard Copy Registration:   Click here to download the hard copy form.  Fill it out and return it to 4-H Camp Kidwell, 39000 1st Ave, Bloomingdale, MI 49026.  Checks should be made payable to 4-H Camp Kidwell.

Fees
Tuition – all tuition includes activities, food, room and board as well as a t-shirt, a 5x7 group photo of your camp session, and $5 in camp store.  You can order an additional t-shirt, photo and add money into camp store (up to $15).  

Camp DVD – Purchase a dvd that contains pictures and video from your week of camp.  We work very hard to get everyone in, but it is not guaranteed that your child will be included in the dvd. 

eCamp Service – This service allows you to easily send your child emails at camp and see pictures from their time at camp.
